So this is 100 Quick Hits, my daily short dose of knowledge into the brain and behaviour. I started these to enable all of you out there to keep up to date with the latest research in an easy to access format and, most importantly, with about only a two-minute time investment.

Two things have now coincided: first it is the 100th Quick Hit and second yesterday was World Mental Health Day. So this week I will be writing slightly longer summaries on the research into various aspects of mental health. I will update this page when they are published:
